Contracts Manager
You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of fire-stopping and fire-safety compliance works across social housing and residential properties. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects from tender through completion, ensuring all works meet relevant building regulations, fire safety standards, and client requirements. The role involves coordinating site teams and subcontractors, conducting site inspections, reviewing surveys, preparing progress reports, and maintaining accurate documentation for compliance and audits. The Contracts Manager also liaises closely with housing providers, residents, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while upholding high standards of quality and resident care
