Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple Commercial Office CAT B fit-out projects across the City and West End of London. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing fast-paced projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring exceptional quality, client satisfaction, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full project lifecycle for CAT B office fit-out schemes (£1.5m–£5m).
*
Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
*
Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance with project specifications.
*
Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout each project.
*
Prepare progress reports, chair meetings, and uphold robust communication with internal and external stakeholders.
*
Ensure health & safety standards and company procedures are implemented across all sites.
*
Collaborate with commercial and design teams to resolve issues and drive value engineering solutions.
*
Support pre-construction activities including tender reviews, methodology planning, and buildability input.
Skills & Experience Required
*
Proven experience delivering Commercial Office CAT B fit-outs within central London.
*
Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex stakeholder groups.
*
Excellent knowledge of construction processes, M&E coordination, and interior fit-out sequencing.
*
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.
*
Commercial acumen with experience overseeing budgets and financial reporting.
*
Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification preferred.
