Salary up to £70,000 + Package

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity with a reputable regional contractor? Our client is expanding their operational team and is seeking a talented professional to oversee healthcare, education, and commercial build projects up to £15m. If you have a strong background in design and build, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

* Oversee all aspects of design and build projects, liaising with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards on-site.

* Manage project teams effectively, providing leadership and support to site managers and other personnel.

* Conduct risk assessments, progress reports, and quality control checks.

* Maintain excellent communication with all parties involved, ensuring a smooth project delivery.

Essential Criteria:

* Proven experience in a similar Project Manager role within construction, delivering projects from £5m-£10m.

* Experience delivering healthcare, education, and commercial projects.

* Strong background in design and build contracts.

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certifications.

* Demonstrable longevity in previous roles, showcasing stability and reliability.

* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
