Assist in producing accurate technical drawings and coordinated project information
Prepare and submit planning applications and building regulation documentation
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and wider project team members
Undertake site visits and provide technical input during construction stages
Ensure all work complies with current UK Building Regulations and industry best practiceSkills & Experience

HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology (or related qualification)
Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience is highly desirable
Some exposure to residential or commercial projects (academic or professional)
Basic understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Strong communication, coordination, and organisational capabilities
