Finishing Foreman

Job Title: Finishing Foreman
Location: Castle Donington
Start: Monday 24th November

We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a leading contractor on a new build housing development in Castle Donington.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and completing finishing works across plots
Working through snagging lists to ensure all units meet required standards
Coordinating and driving progress across all finishing trades on site
Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
Reporting progress and issues to the Site Manager
Assisting with quality control and delivering homes ready for handoverRequirements:

Experience as a Finishing Foreman on new build housing sites
Own tools are essential
Valid CSCS card
SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
First Aid certificate
Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
