Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Motherwell, Glasgow
Salary/Benefits: £25k – £38k DOE with Training & Benefits
Our client is a growing water hygiene company looking for a dedicated Legionella Risk Assessor based in Glasgow. Candidates will hold the City & Guilds (or WMSoc) qualification in Legionella Risk Assessing and have versatile experience working on client sites. Experience working on process water systems would be advantageous but not essential as training can be provided. Experience / Qualifications:
– Experienced Legionella Risk Assessor with City & Guilds (WMSoc) qualification
– Strong literacy and IT skills to write up detailed reports
– Beneficial to have any Plumbing / remedial and Water Hygiene Engineer knowledge / experience
– Flexible and adaptable to travel with meeting client wishes
– Well-rounded knowledge of Health & Safety, ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
– Active listening skills
The Role:
– Undertake legionella risk assessments
– Working on various client sites like commercial, public and domestic sites
– Water sampling and temperature monitoring
– Work on hot & cold domestic systems
– Liaising with clients offering technical advice and recommendations
– Upselling to existing clients
