I'm partnered with a global general contractor who are entering a major phase of growth and are looking to appoint a career-driven Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a business recognised as a market leader, delivering high-value, technically complex data centre projects across the UK and Europe.

What you'll need:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role (Construction / Civil / Maintenance sectors ideal)

Strong commercial and numerical acumen

Ambition, self-drive, and a desire to progress

Experience with JCT or NEC contracts

MEP exposure would be beneficial, but not essential
