Site Operative Solutions Limited have an excellent opportunity for site manager in Manchester

This role is working for a building contractor who are looking for site manager working on a fit out project.

Start date: 14th December

Duration: 8 Weeks

For this role, site manager would be undertaking the following duties:

Daily site supervision, logistics planning, and control of site activities.

Managing toolbox talks, site inductions, and daily briefings.

Monitoring workmanship, quality control, and compliance with specifications.

Leading coordination with subcontractors and ensuring safe working practices.

Ensuring site documentation is completed (site diaries, permits, inspections, etc.).

Managing the short-term construction programme and reporting progress.

Implementing and monitoring site logistics, deliveries, and waste management

All site manager on this project must have:

NVQ Level 4/5/6 or equivalent in Construction Site Management or related field.

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.

CSCS Manager’s Card.

3-day First Aid at Work certification.

Asbestos Awareness.

Rates & Shift pattern:

£200-£200 per shift depend on experience
