Main Contracting Estimator

We’re partnered with a respected main contractor who are looking to appoint an Estimator as part of planned team growth.

The business delivers a steady flow of public-sector refurbishment and construction schemes. This role is 99% office based, supporting tendering activity across projects.

What you’ll be doing:
• Producing estimates for both traditional and D&B schemes
• Working on local authority and public-sector frameworks
• Managing take-offs, quotations, and tender returns
• Collaborating closely with the Estimating Manager

What we’re looking for:
• Estimating experience within Traditional builds or Commercial Design and Builds
• Strong numerical ability & attention to detail
• Comfortable working in an office-based environment
• Able to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
