Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is an opportunity for a Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor to work with a Tier 1 Main Contractor

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be leading a series of minor works on a hospital project. This will include infrastructure works for the next 3/4 years.

This Tier 1 Main Contractor operate across multiple sectors and have a turnover of nearly £2bn. You will be based in their North London division. Even though it's a large company, you are part of a region and team, with close access to management. They are known for great career progression as they promote within plus they offer flexible working.

Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

The company are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is confident and has strong interpersonal skills creating long-lasting relationships. You will come from a Main contractor background.

Live within commutable distance to East/North/Central London
Experience leading multiple small projects
JCT & NEC contract experience is idealWhat's on offer:
