A high-quality, design-led SME house builder is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential developments across Northamptonshire. The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing several sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. You’ll work closely with Site Managers, subcontractors, and the senior leadership team to ensure smooth delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple housing sites across Northamptonshire

Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, and quality expectations

*

Lead, support, and mentor site teams

*

Manage health & safety compliance

*

Review progress, resolve issues, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders

*

Uphold the company’s commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction

About You:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within residential housebuilding

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to manage several sites simultaneously

A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivery
