Sub-Agent / Project Engineer – RC Frame & Groundworks
Location: Newcastle
Contract Type: Freelance
Project Duration: 12–18 months
Start: End of 2025
Salary: Negotiable (dependent on experience)

We are partnering with a leading construction client in Newcastle who is preparing to launch a major reinforced concrete frame (RC Frame) and Groundworks project. We are seeking an experienced Sub-Agent / Project Engineer to join the team. Suitable candidates will be interviewed immediately.

Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* 5–6 years’ minimum experience in RC Frame and Groundworks within the UK

* Strong knowledge and understanding of Slipform construction

* Proven experience in Quality Assurance (QA) including inspections, record keeping, and managing QA documentation

* Experience preparing handover documentation

* Ability to manage QA documentation for sub-contractors

* Experience attending client meetings and addressing QA-related issues

* Ability to raise RFI/TQ, NCR, and other relevant project documentation

* Right to live and work in the UK
