ESTIMATOR – CONSTRUCTION – WEST LONDON

The Opportunity

Our client is a growing contractor primarily working in the residential sector and they’re looking to add an experienced Estimator to their team.

The company are a 30 + strong team and turnover £15 Million+ with an incredibly supportive network.

They're well established, deliver projects from £2 – £10 million and have great relationships within their supply chain delivering a fantastic end product.

The Role

The successful candidate will be working closely within the pre-construction team and have a strong hand in estimating future projects for the business. The company offers a personable approach and are very focused on career development. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to establish themselves in a thriving business.

Ideally, you'll have a background in residential markets.

Requirements:

* Residential experience

* A solid track record of accuracy + work winning ability

* Excellent organisational & team management skills

* Good IT skills

What’s on offer:

* A basic salary £70,000 – £80,000 plus package
