We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with Demolition experience to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As a Demolition Project Manager with a background in demolition, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and successful completion of demolition projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of demolition projects, from inception to completion.

* Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

* Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.

* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry standards.

* Monitor and evaluate project performance, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

* Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

* Manage procurement, subcontracting, and vendor relationships.

* Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the demolition industry.

* Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, equipment, and regulations.

* Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.

* Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

* Proficiency in project management software.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
