SITE MANAGER & PROJECT MANAGER – FREELANCE – CIS – 1 YEAR CONTRACT – RATES NEGOTIABLE

Future Build Recruitment have teamed up with an up and coming main contractor on the search for a Site Manager and Project Manager to deliver a refurbishment at a hospital in Tottenham.

The Project Manager will assume complete responsibility over the delivery of the scheme, managing the programme, budget, reporting as well as client relationships.

The Site Manager will oversee the day to day management of the traders and workers assigned to the project, ensuring health and safety is being adhered to at all times as well as ensuring a high quality delivery within the given spec.

What's required?

* Prior experience working on technical refurbishments in a hospital setting

* Stable career history, clear examples of time spent on projects as opposed to holiday cover

* Relevant construction qualifications – SMSTS, First Aid, NVQ Level 6/7
