Overview

A leading data centre delivery specialist is seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager – Electrical to support its expanding data centre portfolio across the UK and Europe.

This organisation is committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions for mission-critical facilities, and is looking for an experienced professional to take responsibility for the electrical elements of large-scale projects from inception to completion—ensuring quality, safety, and programme certainty.

The Role
Lead and manage project teams, ensuring full compliance with quality, environmental, and health & safety standards
Provide expert technical guidance to support operational excellence
Coordinate and oversee on-site construction activities to ensure progress aligns with programme
Develop and agree the electrical submission and approval process with clients and design teams
Support overall project planning and scheduling
Attend site meetings and provide clear communication and progress reporting
Chair and minute subcontractor meetings
Track, record, and report key metrics to stakeholders
Support continuous improvement through reviewing procedures, best practices, and operational initiatives What We Can Offer You

Experience working for a main contractor or large subcontractor
Strong people management experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams
Proven technical knowledge of electrical services
Strong problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Client-focused communicator with strong interpersonal skills
High attention to health & safety considerations
Commercially astute
Experience within the data centre sector (desirable)
Degree or equivalent qualification in an electrical discipline (desirable) About the Organisation
