A rapidly growing contractor are now expanding their M&E division and are hiring for a Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in installations within commercial and fitout projects. They now need an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee installations on projects across the Midlands and North regions, from Nottingham up to Sheffield. As a Mechanical Project Manager your role will include:
*Travelling to projects across the north region Sheffield, Mansfield, Derby, Chesterfield and as far down to Nottingham for projects.
*Lead the mechanical package delivery from installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing and related building-services systems
* Work closely with internal design, planning and construction teams to ensure mechanical works integrate smoothly into the wider programme. Manage subcontractors, schedule resources and maintain clear communication across all project stages
* Manage budgets for mechanical scope, track progress against programme, forecast risks, and maintain documentation for compliance, testing and commissioning.
The successful Mechanical Project Manager will need:
*Proven experience in a mechanical project manager role working in commercial, retail and industrial sectors in installation
*Experience having worked an a mechanical engineer on either HVAC, Plumbing, gas, ventilation ect
*Commutable too or happy to travel around the midlands and north patch for projects
*Driving licence
