Project Manager – Chelsea, London – Prime Residential Refurbishment

Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in High-end residential refurbishments, and they are looking for a Project Manager to deliver the project in London.

prime resi refurb – internal fit-out and rear extension

Project Manager will be expected to:

Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis

*

Coordinate/ book all trades

*

Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard

*

Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings

*

Liaise with us and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving

*

Keep on top of design changes requested by buyer

Skills/ Qualifications required:

*

SMSTS & CSCS Card

*

First Aid Certificate

*

Previous prime resi refurbishment exp

*

Previous client facing exp
