Associate Director Quantity Surveyor

A well-established UK consultancy, with offices across the country, is looking for an experienced Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to lead and shape their new Bristol office. This is a senior leadership role with real autonomy, offering the chance to build a team and establish the QS offering locally. Currently, there is only one other QS in the office, so this is a genuine opportunity to make the role your own.

What the Role Involves:

Lead and develop the Quantity Surveying team in the Bristol office

Take ownership of business development and client relationships

Deliver high-quality project management and cost consultancy services

Shape and grow the QS offering, building a strong team from the ground up

Flexible working with no set office days

Who We're Looking For:

MRICS qualifed

Experienced Quantity Surveyor with leadership and business development experience

Ambitious, confident, and ready to establish a QS presence in a new office

Strong client-facing skills and the ability to win and manage projects

Excellent organisational, commercial, and strategic thinking abilities
