Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Electrical Site Manager to oversee all on-site aspects of electrical projects. The role will ensure that project deliverables are achieved efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure on-site compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, including EHSQ procedures, toolbox talks, RAMS, and PPE.

* Confirm all necessary permits and approvals are in place.

* Coordinate site plant hire, tools, and workforce logistics.

* Supervise, train, and mentor apprentices and junior staff.

* Manage labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors effectively.

* Execute commissioning and project close-out plans, including snag list resolution.

* Track workforce utilisation and maintain labour records.

* Handle relevant external correspondence.

* Order daily site materials and ensure timely delivery.

* Maintain project documentation and update progress reports.

* Schedule project-specific tasks and communicate updates to the project team.

* Monitor project quality, reporting and maintaining standards.

* Oversee testing, certification, and system handover processes.

* Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and quality policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

* Qualified Electrician

* Previous experience in a Site Manager or similar supervisory role

* Experience managing and leading teams

* Project management experience is desirable

* Computer literate with strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Current manual handling and safety training certifications
