Senior Quantity Surveyor

A global cost management consultancy is looking to add a client facing, pre contract focused Senior Quantity Surveyor for their head office in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will primarily be working within the commercial / fit out space, delivering a mixture of small to large scale projects for blue-chip clients across the UK and Europe.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on projects from inception to completion, but the need for good pre contract experience , including excel modelling, cost planning, and value engineering, is important.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Experience of working on commercial / fit out projects
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
MRICS or working towards
PQS / Consultancy experience
