Project Manager
A growing West London-based contractor is looking for an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical installation projects across the region. Specialising in both new-build and refurbishment schemes, this firm delivers projects in sectors such as retail, residential, and commercial.
The Electrical Project Manager will join a hands-on team delivering high-spec electrical works with values typically between £500k-£3m. With a reputation for quality and repeat business, this role suits an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a technical background and a proactive approach.
The Electrical Project Manager's role
The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing on-site delivery, managing subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and liaising with clients. Projects are based in and around West London, so a valid driving licence is essential.
The Electrical Project Manager will also handle procurement, manage progress reports, and ensure timely project completion, working closely with engineers and site teams.
The Electrical Project Manager
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
SMSTS or SSSTS qualification preferred
Minimum 5 years' experience managing electrical projects
Experience working on commercial/residential projects
Good communication and planning skills
Full UK driving licence
