About the Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivering commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing leadership, clear communication, and robust project controls throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing multiple fit-out projects simultaneously.

Developing project programmes, budgets, and risk registers.

Leading site teams and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and external consultants.
*
Acting as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Monitoring progress and financial performance, reporting regularly to senior management.
