Project Manager

Our client, a respected main contractor based in Surrey, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic construction professional to lead high-quality projects from inception through to completion, working with a business known for its reliability, integrity, and strong regional reputation.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of construction projects across Surrey and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and managing project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel

*

Overseeing programme planning, scheduling, and progress reporting

*

Managing budgets, contract documentation, and project costs

*

Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

*

Maintaining strong client relationships and representing the business professionally

*

Driving project performance and resolving issues proactively

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

Proven experience managing construction projects with a main contractor

*

Strong technical knowledge and a solid track record of successful project delivery

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

*

The ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders

*

SMSTS and other relevant certifications (desired)
