Trade Supervisor

Approach Personnel require a Trades Supervisor for an immediate start in Hitchin.

Requirements for this role are:

* Full Clean UK Driver’s License

* Valid CSCS Black Card

* Previous experience on site (Multi Trade)

* Advanced DBS Certificate

* Computer Literacy (Minimal)

Works will consist of; supervising contractors while they work, as well as carrying out work yourself e.g. painting/decorating, roofing repairs, minor plumbing/paving repairs & carpentry.

You will also be required to be Customer facing, ensuring that health & safety standards are met, as well as the client being happy with completed work. Records of work must be kept, including photographs and weekly paperwork.

A company van will be required as works will be in Hitchin as well as up to 50 miles outwards.
