Responsibilities include:
Managing subcontractors and site teams
Maintaining strict health & safety compliance
Coordinating with the Project Manager and design team
Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersWhat We're Looking For
Experience delivering new-build projects for a main contractor
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), First Aid
A proactive approach to problem-solving and quality assurance
