Salary: £55,000-£57,000 DOE + Package (Van + Fuel Card)
Location: M3 Corridor
Requirement: Must live within 1 hour of Bracknell
Working Arrangement: No home-working

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and driven Site Manager to oversee full roof covering replacement programmes across the M3 corridor. This is a fast-paced role managing 25-30 live sites simultaneously, requiring exceptional coordination, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee 25-30 live roofing replacement sites

Drive project progress and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

Carry out site inspections, audits, and quality checks

Liaise daily with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Prepare reports, schedules, and project documentation

Review RAMS and monitor safety compliance
