In this role, you'll use your hands-on industry experience to teach and support learners on Electrical Installation courses, helping them build the practical skills and theoretical understanding needed for a successful career. You will receive comprehensive training, strong CPD opportunities and clear progression routes within the department and wider organisation.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, be JIB Approved and have a passion for helping others develop. No teaching experience is required as full training will be provided, just a desire to pass on your industry knowledge and start a long-term career in education.

The Role:
* Full teacher training and CPD provided (up to Level 5)
* Deliver engaging practical and theory-based Electrical Installation sessions
* Support students at Levels 1-3 throughout their qualifications
* Contribute to curriculum planning and course development
* Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week (early finish Fridays)

The Person:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* JIB Approved and 18th Edition qualified
* Passionate about mentoring and supporting future electricians
* Hard-working, enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills
