Assistant Quantity Surveyor (AQS) | Luxury Residential Refurbishment | London

Location: Central London (Sites across Prime London)

Salary: £40,000 – 50,000 + Package

They deliver exquisite, high value refurbishment projects, typically ranging up to £10 Million. Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the Senior Commercial team in the full lifecycle of project delivery, duties include:

Assisting in the preparation of tender documentation and cost analysis.

Managing and administering sub-contract packages, from enquiry through to final account.

*

Conducting site measurements and valuations for payment applications.

*

Producing cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and project budget updates.

*

Identifying, logging, and valuing variations and scope changes.

*

Ensuring meticulous contract administration (e.g., JCT Minor Works, Intermediate, or Design & Build).

Candidate Profile

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will possess:

A degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent relevant qualification).

*

2-4 years of proven experience as an Assistant QS, ideally within the residential, fit-out, or refurbishment sectors.

*

A keen interest in working on high-end, bespoke projects where attention to detail is paramount.

*

Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of working effectively with design teams and site management.

*

Eligibility to work in the UK and commute to Central London sites.
