The Company:

A leading main contractor with a presence across the UK. The business, are known for their expertise across the 'Building' sector, with experience delivering a host of different new build & refurbishment projects, ranging from £10m to £100m.

The Role:

* Lead preperation of detailed and accurate cost plans and pricing for a variety of projects

* Working on different tender forms: Single Staged Tenders, Two Staged, Negotiated & Frameworks

* Issue tender enquiries to supply chain

* Software: Conquest

* Working collaboratively with team & supply chain during tender stage to define scope & costs

Ideal Candidate:

* Worked with a Tier One or Two Main Contractor

* Building sector experience

* Conquest experience

* Capable of working within tight deadlines

* Typically, working on up to 2x tenders a month

Reporting directly into a Head of Pre-Construction. With the support of 2x other Senior Estimators
