Manage and deliver retail projects from inception through to completion
Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationshipsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician include:

Relevant degree within architecture
Relevant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
Proficiency with Vectorworks is advantageous
Experience working on projects within the retail sector
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong attention to detail
Excellent technical and design skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
