A progressive construction consultancy with a strong presence in London is looking for a driven Project Manager to join its growing team. This is a career-enhancing opportunity for a Project Manager who wants exposure to prestigious London-based developments, working with high-profile clients across commercial, mixed-use, and residential sectors.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of schemes ranging from £5m to £50m, from early concept through to completion. The ideal Project Manager will have a solid consultancy background and a proactive approach to solving complex problems in a high-demand urban environment.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing pre-contract and delivery stages of multiple projects. Key tasks will include design team coordination, stakeholder reporting, tender preparation, and site inspections.

You'll work across multiple projects simultaneously and will act as a day-to-day client interface. Strong project governance skills are required alongside technical knowledge and a passion for driving project outcomes.

The Project Manager

Degree in Project Management, Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying

At least 3 years' experience within a construction consultancy

Ideally working towards chartership (MRICS, APM, CIOB)

Familiarity with both JCT and NEC contracts

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
