This role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong background in housebuilding, timber frame, and traditional build methods, looking to join an established developer with a consistent pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day on-site operations for large-scale residential developments

*

Oversee timber frame and traditional build phases

*

Lead site teams, subcontractors, and trades to maintain productivity and quality

*

Drive project timelines and ensure build programmes are met

*

Maintain strict health & safety compliance across the site

*

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure NHBC standards are met

*

Coordinate with technical, commercial, and customer service teams

*

Deliver homes to a high standard and support the customer journey

Skills & Experience Required

*

Strong experience as a Senior Site Manager within residential construction

*

Proven track record on high-volume housebuilding sites

*

Hands-on experience with timber frame AND traditional build

*

Excellent leadership skills with strong communication and problem-solving abilities

*

Ability to manage multiple phases on fast-paced developments

*

Thorough knowledge of NHBC and building regulations
