* Assist with commercial management of refurbishment projects
* Support pre- and post-contract duties and subcontractor management
* Help with budgeting, reporting, and financial tracking
* Liaise with clients and resolve challenges proactively
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience with a regional main contractor
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Knowledge of social housing sector
