Health and Safety Manager

Are you experienced in managing Health & Safety on high risk Construction or Demolition projects?

We’re working with a privately owned specialist contractor known for delivering complex structural schemes. As part of their ongoing growth, they’re looking to appoint a Health & Safety Manager to take the lead on a technically demanding redevelopment project in Central London.

Health & Safety Manager – Up to £80,000 – Structural Projects – Central London

The opportunity

Site-based role on a major London redevelopment acting as Principal Contractor
Involves demolition, structural alterations, concrete and wider packages
Long term permanent role, progressing into a multi-site position across future projects
Key duties include:

Leading Health & Safety delivery on site
Carrying out inductions, inspections, audits, and incident investigations
Reviewing and supporting the development of RAMS
Monitoring compliance across subcontractors and direct labour
Working with site-based H&S professionals and reporting to the Group H&S Manager
We’re looking for someone who

Has at least 5 years’ experience in construction Health & Safety
Comes from a background in Major Construction, Demolition, Cut & Carve or similar structural projects
Can manage multiple stakeholders in a live construction environment
What’s on offer:
