Salary: Up to c.£65,000 + Travel/Car Allowance + Excellent Progression

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Site Manager to join a well-established, sustainably growing high-end contractor with a c.£30m turnover. With clear progression pathways, high-spec projects, and a supportive team culture, this is an excellent chance to take the next step in your career. Previous placements into the business consistently provide excellent feedback. The company office is based in Essex (Billericay/Basildon area).

You will join an exciting £5m residential new-build project in Finsbury Park, an RC frame scheme running through to late 2026. Groundworks and frames will be largely complete by the time you start, allowing you to take ownership of key delivery stages.
