Project Manager

An established civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead key works on a new Sewage Treatment Works near Worcester. The successful candidate will oversee major concrete and heavy civils operations as part of a self-delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the construction of reinforced concrete tanks, formwork, and access roads for a new STW site.
Oversee deep drainage activities, heavy civils works, and detailed sequencing on a live infrastructure project.
Lead self-delivery teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality outputs.
Manage programme delivery, daily reporting, quality assurance, and technical coordination.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Maintain and promote strong health, safety, and environmental standards. Requirements
Strong background in concrete structures, formwork, and heavy civils construction.
Proven experience with deep drainage and water-sector projects.
Demonstrated capability in leading self-delivery teams.
Site management qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid desirable).
