Key Responsibilities

Support the production of accurate technical drawings and coordinated project information
Prepare and submit planning applications and building regulations documentation
Work closely with consultants, contractors, and the wider project team
Conduct site visits and provide technical support throughout construction stages
Ensure all work aligns with current UK Building Regulations and industry best practice

Skills & Experience

HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology (or a related discipline)
Strong AutoCAD skills; Revit proficiency highly advantageous
Experience with residential or commercial projects (academic or professional)
Fundamental understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills
