Site Engineer

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a major 278 highways scheme in Corby. The project includes road realignment, drainage, kerbs, earthworks and associated civils. You will be responsible for all engineering functions on-site, ensuring work is delivered safely, accurately and on programme.

Key Responsibilities

Setting out for highways and 278 works

*

Managing QA, as-built documentation and site records

*

Supporting site management with technical input

*

Liaising with subcontractors and ensuring work meets spec

*

Checking drawings, resolving technical queries

*

Ensuring compliance with all health & safety requirements

Requirements

*

Proven experience delivering 278 works / highways

*

Competent with Total Station / GPS / AutoCAD

*

Strong understanding of civils, drainage and road construction

*

CSCS card (essential)

*

Ability to start quickly
