About the role
You’ll be based from the Billericay office, carrying out building surveys and inspections across London and Essex while supporting wider professional services.

Key responsibilities

*

Carry out building surveys, inspections and reports

*

Support dilapidations, schedules of condition and defect analysis

*

Assist with project monitoring and contract administration

*

Produce clear technical reports and recommendations

*

Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants

*

Attend site visits across London & Essex

*

Manage workload and deadlines effectively

Ideal background

*

At least 1+ year experience in Building Surveying

*

Working towards or already AssocRICS (preferred)

*

Strong understanding of building pathology and construction methods

*

Confident communicator with good report writing skills

*

Full UK driving licence & own vehicle (essential)
