Location: London

Salary: £75,000 + £85,000 + Package (Car Allowance, Travel, Pension, Healthcare & more)

Role:

We’re looking for a CSA Preconstruction Manager to join the London pre-construction team. This role involves leading and coordinating the CSA aspects of major bids, working closely with estimating, design, commercial and operations teams to develop competitive and compliant proposals. You’ll also ensure that there are no scope gaps across the project programme, aligned with programming sequencing, supply chain liaison & pricing etc.

The ideal candidate should have data centre experience and will have a background in CSA delivery/pre-construction, strong bid management experience, and technical knowledge of civil, structural and architectural packages
