The Role – Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full responsibility for the successful delivery of this high-profile community and healthcare project.
This role requires proven experience managing construction works from design coordination through to handover, ideally within public-sector, community infrastructure, healthcare, education, or mixed-use schemes.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the on-site delivery of the community building and GP surgery from mobilisation to completion.
*
Manage subcontractors, site teams, suppliers, and logistics to ensure project objectives are met.
*
Oversee programme sequencing, scheduling, cost control, and progress monitoring.
*
Maintain strict adherence to health & safety protocols and ensure the site is fully compliant.
*
Coordinate with local authorities, client representatives, design teams, and wider stakeholders.
*
Ensure quality standards are upheld, particularly for healthcare and public-sector specifications.
*
Produce regular progress reports, site records, and documentation for senior leadership.
*
Drive best practice in sustainability, site safety, and community engagement.
Candidate Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering medium- to large-scale construction projects.
*
Experience with community, public-sector, healthcare, or education projects highly advantageous.
*
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
