Lead all commercial and contractual management for a major Midlands project within a multi-billion-pound portfolio.
Develop and implement commercial strategy, cost forecasting, and risk management frameworks.
Manage contracts, change control, procurement strategy, and supply chain negotiation.
Work closely with project leadership to drive financial performance and project success.
Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring robust governance and reporting.

Demonstrable commercial management experience within a contractor environment.
A track record of delivering major or complex projects—civils, infrastructure, energy, or industrial sectors advantageous.
Strong contractual knowledge (NEC preferred).
Outstanding stakeholder management skills and a solutions-focused mindset.

Salary up to £120,000 + executive benefits package.
