Job Opportunity: Finishing Manager – New Build Development
Location: Stockton
Duration: 8-10 Weeks
Immediate Start Available
We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join a the team on a new build project in Stockton. With the structure complete, focus now shifts to managing and delivering all internal finishing works to a high standard over the next 8-10 weeks.
Role Overview:
Oversee and coordinate all internal trades and subcontractors
Ensure high-quality finishes throughout bedrooms, communal areas, kitchens, and facilities
Manage snagging, de-snagging, and final handover stages
Maintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations
Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to keep to programme
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Finishing Manager or Internals Manager on New build schemes
Excellent eye for detail and quality standards
Confident managing multiple finishing trades (carpentry, decorating, M&E, etc.)
SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid requiredIf interested and available for this role; please apply with your CV.
