As the Mechanical Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind the successful installation and management of all mechanical systems on site.

Mechanical Supervisor Responsabilities:

* Project Delivery: Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-compliant delivery against a fast-track schedule.

* QEHS & Quality: Champion a culture of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QEHS) excellence, developing and enforcing the site-specific plan.

* Leadership & Coordination: Manage, train, and induct site staff, coordinate subcontractors, and collaborate closely with Project and Contract Managers on technical and commercial contracts.

* Planning: Develop feasible mechanical schedules, manage documentation, and safeguard adherence to the established build sequence (ordering, delivery, and installation).

Mechanical Supervisor Requirements:

* Experience: Minimum 3+ years of management experience overseeing significant Mechanical packages.

* Sector: Proven experience in a Data Centre environment or similar large-scale, critical infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
