Overview
We are building a network of Domestic Energy Assessors to support a large-scale residential survey programme across London. This is a long-term contract opportunity with structured surveys, clear processes and ongoing volumes.

Role Responsibilities
• Capture full RdSAP evidence packs (non-lodgement)
• Photograph insulation, ventilation, heating systems and property components
• Input data accurately via tablet-based systems
• Work professionally in occupied residential properties
• Support wider stock condition and compliance programmes where required

Requirements
• Accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (Elmhurst, Stroma, ECMK etc.)
• Experience completing EPC/RdSAP assessments
• Confident with digital data capture on mobile/tablet devices
• Valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong attention to detail and professional conduct
