We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a leading fit-out contractor with a strong portfolio of high-quality commercial projects across London. We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of cost management across multiple CAT A and CAT B fit-out schemes, ensuring financial control, commercial accuracy, and smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Full commercial management of fit-out projects from tender through to final account.
Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans, valuations, and forecasts.
Procuring subcontractors and negotiating contracts.
Assessing variations, managing change, and ensuring accurate reporting.
Working closely with project teams to maintain financial stability and project efficiency.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
About You

Proven UK experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit-out sector.
Strong commercial awareness and excellent analytical skills.
Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Professional, proactive, and confident in client-facing roles.
