Project Manager

A leading property consultancy with offices across the South East is seeking a Project Manager to join its London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to work on high-profile residential and regeneration schemes across the capital, often in the £10m-£60m value range.

This is an ideal role for a Project Manager with experience in the built environment who wants to develop their career within a forward-thinking, client-focused organisation. The Project Manager will join an office with a strong team culture and excellent career development routes.

The Project Manager's Role

As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of project programmes, risk management, cost control and stakeholder reporting. You'll be involved at all stages from feasibility through to completion, often as the primary point of contact for key clients.

The Project Manager

Construction-related degree (e.g. Quantity Surveying, Construction Management)

2+ years' experience in a consultancy environment

Experience working on residential, regeneration or education schemes

Working towards MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB preferred
