Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

* Support the Project Manager in coordinating site activities and managing resources.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

* Utilize strong IT skills to manage project documentation and reporting effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Essential:

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.

* First Aid certification.

* Proven experience in site management or as an Assistant Site Manager looking for a step up.

* Strong customer-facing skills.

* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in project management software.

* Desirable:

* Experience in facade remediation, new builds, or refurbishments.

* Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
