Project Manager

Our client is expanding their delivery team and is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality residential, commercial and external improvement schemes.

The Role

You will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring seamless delivery, client satisfaction and exceptional quality at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

* Leading project delivery from inception to handover

* Managing site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders

* Overseeing programme, cost, safety and quality compliance

* Coordinating closely with client design teams

* Driving problem-solving and technical decision making

* Maintaining strong documentation and project controls

About You

* Proven experience delivering construction projects end-to-end

* Strong leadership, communication and planning skills

* Ability to manage multiple workstreams with confidence

* Skilled at stakeholder engagement and expectation management

* Passion for delivering exceptional standards
